ISO 45001-Aixton

ISO 45001 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) on March 12, 2018. It aims to provide organizations across industries with a systematic risk management framework to improve workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Its predecessor was the OHSAS 18001 standard, and China issued the equivalent national standard GB/T 45001 in 2020. This standard adopts the same high-level structure as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, emphasizing leadership responsibility, employee involvement, and a risk-based preventative approach. It requires organizations to continuously identify hazards and improve their management systems.
