b) The internal metal plate of the corridor (indoor and outdoor) optical fiber distribution box is made of Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, and the surface is galvanized. The upper and lower installation plates of the box are made of Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm ,, spray plastic treatment after galvanizing. The outdoor type is additionally equipped with pole-mounted iron parts, which are treated with stainless steel or iron accessories by hot-dip galvanizing.
c) For metal structural parts treated with plastic spraying, the coating and the substrate should have good adhesion, and the adhesion should not be lower than the requirements of level 2 in Table 1 of GB, T 9286-1998 standard. Smooth surface, uniform color, no defects such as peeling, paint peeling, rust, etc., no sagging, scratches, exposed bottom, air bubbles, and whitening.
d) The non-metallic composite material (plastic) used in the relevant accessories of the optical fiber distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor), the combustion performance should comply with the provisions in GB, T 2408-2008,
e) The color of the surface coating of the corridor (indoor and outdoor) optical fiber distribution box is according to the chromatogram: GSB05-1426-200 medium gray (for the same color, refer to Pantone - medium gray 445, matte color).
f) There must be a China Telecom LOGO on the upper left side of the front of the optical fiber distribution box, the color is red, and it is scaled in the same proportion as the China Telecom trademark.
g) The surface color of the optical fiber distribution box should be easy to identify and mark, and should be coordinated with the environment.
h) The surface color of the working unit in the box must be easy to identify and distinguish, and the color that is coordinated with the box body or the surrounding environment can be used.
i) Only China Telecom's logo can be placed on the front of the box, and the manufacturer's logo is not allowed to appear on the front of the box.
