The Indonesian FTTH Alliance Summit was successfully held in Jakarta on April 27. At the summit, Indonesia's first FTTH Industry Alliance (IFA) was officially established under the witness of the Indonesian Minister of Communications, the mayor of Surabaya and the chairman of the alliance management agency Mastel. The alliance is composed of 17 members including Aixton and local operators, real estate developers, property companies, content providers, system integrators, and local consulting companies. It aims to strengthen multi-party cooperation in the industry, improve user experience, and jointly promote broadband infrastructure. Construction, increasing the penetration rate of optical fiber, enriching the Internet applications of households and enterprises, thus becoming a booster for the development of Indonesia's digital economy.
