The fiber optic splitter box

a) The fiber optic splitter box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) should be complete, and the plastic parts should be free of burrs, bubbles, cracks, voids, warping, impurities and other defects. The thermal deformation temperature is ≥85℃, meeting the line service life requirement of 15 years.
b) The internal metal sheet of the fiber optic splitter box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) is made of Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm and galvanized on the surface. The upper and lower mounting plates of the box are made of Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and are galvanized and then sprayed. The outdoor type is also equipped with pole mounting iron parts, which are hot-dip galvanized with stainless steel or iron accessories.
c) The metal structural parts with spray-coated coating should have good adhesion to the substrate, and the adhesion should not be lower than the level 2 requirements in Table 1 of GB, T 9286-1998 standard. The surface is smooth and the color is uniform. There are no defects such as peeling, paint loss, rust, and no sagging, scratches, bottom exposure, bubbles, and whitening.
d) The non-metallic composite materials (plastics) used in the accessories of the optical fiber distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) shall comply with the provisions of GB, T 2408-2008 for combustion performance.
e) The color of the surface coating of the optical fiber distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) shall be in accordance with the color spectrum: GSB05-1426-200 medium gray (similar color reference Pantone-medium gray 445, matte color).
f) The China Telecom LOGO must be on the upper left side of the front of the optical fiber distribution box, the color is red, and it should be scaled in the same proportion as the China Telecom trademark.
g) The surface color of the optical fiber distribution box should be easy to identify and mark, and coordinated with the environment.
h) The surface color of the working unit in the box must be easy to identify and distinguish, and can be coordinated with the box or the surrounding environment.
i) There can only be the China Telecom logo on the front of the box, and the manufacturer's logo is not allowed to appear on the front of the box.
